Jon F. Winter joined P.K. Schrieffer LLP as senior counsel in the firm’s litigation defense and insurance coverage teams. Prior to joining P.K. Schrieffer LLP, Mr. Winter’s practice varied with a primary focus on insurance defense and asbestos litigation, as well business entity formation and management, and intellectual property law.

Mr. Winter is a graduate of the Delaware Law School at Widener University. Prior to earning his juris doctorate, he attended the University of Delaware, obtaining a business administration degree with a management focus. Mr. Winter is admitted to practice law in Delaware, the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware, and will be sitting for the California bar exam this summer. He is a New Jersey native with a passion for ice hockey, dogs, and travel.
