P.K. SCHRIEFFER LLP Scores Large Recovery for London Underwriters

P.K. Schrieffer LLP recovers over $1,000,000 for London Underwriters against several domestic insurers for claims arising from a severe dog attack on the underlying plaintiffs.  After Underwriters settled the underlying matter, they secured an assignment of the insureds’ rights against the non-participating insurers and filed suit in Los Angeles.  The litigation settled as to the domestic insurers one week prior to trial.
