Maxwell R. Schrieffer joined the litigation team at P.K. Schrieffer LLP after serving as its Senior Counsel Law Clerk during the summer of 2020. Mr. Schrieffer passed the California Bar Examination in 2020 and primarily handles civil litigation matters, including premises and products liability, commercial construction defect, catastrophic personal injury, monitoring matters, transaction/negotiations, and insurance law. Mr. Schrieffer has expanded P.K. Schrieffer LLP’s transactional department through the growth of corporate clients in the utility and healthcare industries.

Mr. Schrieffer received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017. He received his J.D. from Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University in 2020. While in law school, Mr. Schrieffer served as a judicial extern for Hon. Lisa Cole of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and Hon. Victor Chavez of Los Angeles Superior Court. Similarly, Mr. Schrieffer earned the opportunity to clerk for NBCUniversal to help develop its global distribution database and international partnership department.
