We are pleased to announce our Junior Partner, Maxwell Schrieffer, and his team secured a favorable arbitration award following a two-day hearing. The matter arose from a first-party UM claim filed by two Claimants who underwent significant medical care.

Through our team’s hard work, the arbitrator provided an award significantly below Claimants’ demands. This arbitration was the first in California for the specific carrier and has provided strong precedent for future arbitrations to come.
