P.K. SCHRIEFFER LLP ANNOUNCEMENT

We are excited to announce P.K. Schrieffer LLP’s newest Jr. Partner, Maxwell R. Schrieffer, who is located in our California office.

Mr. Schrieffer’s current practice focuses on commercial premises and products liability, commercial construction defect, catastrophic personal injury, monitoring, transactions/negotiations, and primary and third party insurance claims. Mr. Schrieffer has developed P.K. Schrieffer LLP’s transactional department through the partnership with corporate clients in the utility and healthcare industries. He has also expanded P.K. Schrieffer LLP’s practice in the gig-app sector through his defensive litigation strategies.

Mr. Schrieffer received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017. He received his J.D. from Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University in 2020. While in law school, Mr. Schrieffer served as a judicial extern for Hon. Lisa Cole of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and Hon. Victor Chavez of Los Angeles Superior Court.
