Wayne H. Hammack

Wayne H. Hammack received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School.  Mr. Hammack has extensive litigation experience in insurance defense and insurance coverage matters.  His personal injury practice includes premises liability, product liability, construction and automobile actions.  Mr. Hammack also has trial and litigation experience in professional liability matters, including the defense of architects, land surveyors and insurance brokers.  He has also defended clients in medical and dental malpractice actions.  Mr. Hammack counsels employers on all aspects of employment law, and has represented clients in landlord-tenant matters, including unlawful detainer and collection actions. His practice also includes representation of defendants in automobile litigation matters. We aggressively pursue the facts and conduct thorough investigations of automobile claims and suits, and will represent our clients throughout litigation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, administrative hearings, and appeals. Automobile liability claims can be an unavoidable source of adversity and conflict, and so we manage the litigation skillfully and strategically with our clients putting them in a strong position to go to trial, settle out of court, or resolve without litigation.

Mr. Hammack is admitted to practice before all California courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.  He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
