Shanna E. Burkholder
Shanna E. Burkholder concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage. Prior to joining P.K. Schrieffer LLP, Ms. Burkholder’s practice focused on the defense of large exposure casualty losses and litigating insurance coverage and bad faith claims on behalf of national insurance companies in both state and federal court.
Ms. Burkholder attended the University of La Verne College of Law on a full Dean’s Merit Scholarship, obtaining her juris doctorate in 2010 and graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to earning her juris doctorate, she obtained her bachelor of arts in politics and economics in 2003 from Scripps College in Claremont, California.
Ms. Burkholder is admitted to practice law in California, the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Burkholder has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star for the years 2018 through 2021.
