Michael C. Mashburn is an associate at P.K. Schrieffer LLP, where he represents and advises businesses, insurance companies, and various clients in complex litigation and coverage matters. Michael is experienced in litigating both first-party and third-party actions, including bad faith claims, coverage disputes, and casualty claims with millions of dollars at stake.
Michael received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, graduating with a concentration in Civil Litigation. While at Loyola, he externed as a law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office – Hardcore Gang’s Division where he worked on gang-related homicide and violent crimes, and also at Kabateck Brown Kellner, LLP, a plaintiff’s consumer class action law firm in Downtown Los Angeles, where he worked on bad faith, personal injury, and class action matters. Before joining P.K. Schrieffer, Michael was an associate at Demler, Armstrong & Rowland LLP, an insurance defense firm in Long Beach, where he worked on landlord-tenant, bad faith, and casualty claims involving severe bodily injury.
