Why Community Involvement is
Important to PKS

Here at P.K. Schrieffer LLP, we care about our clients! We also care about our community and the charitable causes that are important to our clients. This is why we sponsor and volunteer with several non-profits benefiting those in need. A few of the non-profits we financially partner with or donate our time to are World Vision, Shoes That Fit, Serenity Infant Care Homes, The Constitutional Rights Foundation, The East San Gabriel Valley Coalition for the Homeless, and the Wounded Warrior Project.

We are proud to play a small role in the great efforts these non-profits are making in their surrounding communities.

Charities We Have Worked With

Featured Charities

We are incredibly amazed at the work these non-profits do each and every day and are grateful for the chance to play a role in that work. If you would like to get involved in any way please reach out to us.

We offer several options for our clients to take part in our sponsorship and volunteer opportunities with our favorite non-profits.

SERENITY INFANT CARE HOMES

Serenity Infant Care Homes provides quality foster homes and services to support foster children, their biological parents, and foster families. The work of Serenity Infant Care Homes has made an incredible impact in the lives of many foster children. They specialize in providing foster homes and programs for abused, abandoned, and neglected infants, toddlers, and children. They also help with adoption of foster children of all ages.

SHOES THAT FIT

Did you know that 1 in 5 children are in desperate need of new shoes? We didn’t… until we were acquainted with the non-profit Shoes That Fit. They made us aware of a very specific need that many children face that most of us take for granted–shoes. Something as simple as a new pair of shoes can make a world of difference to a child in need. In fact, since their start, Shoes That Fit has provided over 2 million pairs of shoes to children in need and has made a significant impact in these children’s self-esteem, school attendance, and physical activity!
