Originally from West Covina, Dale received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with a concentration in civil litigation, and his undergraduate degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles. While in law school, Dale received the Stephen Cohen Scholarship for Public Interest Writing and competed regionally on the A.B.A. Client Counseling Team as well as Moot Court. He also served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly (Volume 46). Further, his writing has been published in the Hastings Journal of Crime and Punishment (1 Hastings J. Crime & Punish. 221 (2020)) and other federal litigation blogs.
Aside from civil litigation, Dale has experience in other substantive areas such as environmental law, animal law, food law, and construction defect practice. He will be provisionally licensed to practice law by the State Bar starting November 2020 and enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, and snowboarding.
