Mr. Denham's expertise extends into the world of corporate and international banking, having managed a major bank's credit portfolio and monitored its foreign accounts.  Mr. Denham concentrates his practice in insurance coverage and insurance coverage litigation.  He has extensive experience in bad faith litigation, complex litigation, all lines of liability coverage including professional liability and Directors and Officers, construction defect litigation, contribution and subrogation, additional insured issues, fidelity and surety law and appellate law, as well as a range of sophisticated law and motion matters.

Mr. Denham received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University. While earning his law degree from Pepperdine University, he served on the Moot Court Board and as co-chairperson of the Moot Court Competition. In addition, he received a Citizenship Scholarship. Mr. Denham completed a federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable Roger D. Foley, United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and an externship for the Honorable Edward Rafeedie, United States District Court for the Central District of California. He also was a clerk with the Honorable Richard J. Howe of the Utah Supreme Court.

Mr. Denham is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in California, and before the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
