Lori R. Simon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in Psychology from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada in 1989.  She went on to receive her law degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 1996.  Ms. Simon has extensive experience in a variety of practice areas, including insurance defense, business litigation, construction defect – representing both developers and subcontractors, and bankruptcy.  Her personal injury practice includes premises liability, products liability, automobile and construction accidents.

Ms. Simon has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrated numerous cases (including multi-million dollar litigation).

In addition to all California state courts, Ms. Simon is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
