Ms. Lee practice is focused on insurance coverage and litigation. Ms. Lee advises and represents insurers with respect to various types of insurance policies and coverage issues involving commercial and personal lines policies and first-party and third-party claims. She has litigated coverage disputes, bad faith claims, contribution and subrogation actions and complex environmental insurance coverage matters. Her trial and litigation experience includes practice in state and federal courts and before the American Arbitration Association.

Ms. Lee received her bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and graduated with Honors. She attended University of California, Hastings College of Law where she served as Executive Notes Editor of the Hastings Woman’s Law Journal. During law school, Ms. Lee clerked with the Honorable Richard Kramer of the San Francisco Superior Court. Ms. Lee is a member of the State Bar of California, the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California, and the Orange County Bar Association.
