Mr. Santos graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996 and received his law degree from Whittier Law School in 2002. Mr. Santos has extensive litigation experience in insurance defense and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Santos’s personal injury practice includes premises liability, product liability, construction, automobile actions, as well as professional liability matters including medical and dental malpractice. He also counsels employers on all aspects of employment law. He has taken and defended numerous depositions, participated in several mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Mr. Santos is admitted to practice before all California courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Santos is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Pasadena Bar Association, and Philippine American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He also serves as the department head of the evening paralegal program at Northwest College, where he teaches all areas of California law.
